Transport And Main Roads Enterprise Bargaining Certified Agreement 2016

A replacement agreement is negotiated centrally by agency representatives and representatives of your union. The list of unions that are parties to the basic agreement is posted here. As in our first term, the government negotiates in good faith to reach agreements that provide fair and fair wages and conditions. The State Government`s 2015 Certified Agreement (Basic Agreement) expires this year. This agreement includes terms and conditions of employment for you and other staff of your agency. The 2016-2020 TMR Strategic Work Plan, with all TMR employees focused on Strategies and plans in line with our Queensland Strategic Plan, Operational Plan and Public Service Strategies. In 2016/17, the department experienced an increase in complex case management problems and situations requiring management of staff performance, medical conditions and long-term absences. This increase is due in part to the Behaviour and Efficiency Commission`s (CAPE) reporting obligations, which require proactive management and communication of behavioural and performance issues.
